- Contact with Clients after initial sales
- Collect project specifications and clarify the scope
- Negotiate and agree on project terms with Clients and sign contracts
- Take part in communication (between developers and Client) during project production and manage expectations
- Make sure production of projects goes according to the plan, and make sure projects are delivered before the deadline
- Present project to Client and make sure that the Client is satisfied
- Evaluate projects (both with developers and Clients)
What we’re looking for
- 2+ year experience in account/client relations management
- Experience of working with international companies in a service-oriented environment
- Result orientation and high level of responsibility
- Good knowledge of the IT market and tendencies
- Deep understanding of IT industry technologies
- Excellent English!
- Understanding of web and mobile projects development
- Experience in creating project specifications
