Your role will be to support and work alongside our client. The Swedish company provides internet professionals with services within Domain names, web hosting and SEO. They are funded and managed by internet entrepreneurs and are beyond cutting-edge when it comes to helping their customers. Their specific focus is on companies that are in the SEO, affiliate and iGaming industry.

Our collaboration model allows you to work and communicate directly with the development team on the client side. This means you will be drinking coffee with our cheerful band of Beetroots while communicating with the client on (almost) a daily basis.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle all requests from internal departments and customers
  • Resolve specific parts of requests, escalating the remaining parts  to correspondent departments
  • Resolve more challenging cases, which are escalated from the Firstline
  • Share your experience with the entire Support team 
  • Automate routine tasks to help your team work more efficiently
  • Prevent/resolve minor or global issues with servers, services and products
  • Facilitate the documentation of processes

What we’re looking for:

  • Developed Linux skills 
  • Experience with LAMP servers
  • Understanding of Networking and DNS
  • Knowledge of Bash scripting
  • Experience with WordPress and WordPress Multisites
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Support service experience
  • A nice level of English
