Responsibilities

  • Managing and retaining existing clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals
  • Coordinate with developers working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Collaborates with the sales team to reach prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Monitor developers workload
  • Developers preparation for the interview with clients 
  • Support developers on the interview with clients
  • Providing invoice specification to the financial department
