Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact with a client after the initial sale
  • Build and support strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Be responsive to the client’s requests and needs.
  • Collect project specifications and clarify the scope
  • Participate in communication (between the developers and the client) during the production stage and manage expectations
  • Evaluate projects with the client and maintain the  relations
  • Estimate project duration with the Team Lead
  • Prepare contracts and invoices, while maintaining responsibility for the project assets, details, documentation, etc. 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company’s solutions according to the customer’s needs and objectives

 

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in B2B Sales or in Account Management field
  • Experience of working with international companies in a service-oriented environment
  • Good knowledge of the IT market and its tendencies
  • Advanced computer user
  • Well organized, proactive, and self-driven
  • You are service-oriented and communicative!
  • You are a fast learner
  • You don’t mind working in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
  • Good level of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
